Refund policy

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of order delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and unused.

    2.    Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include a note with your order number inside.
    3.    Ship the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
